No More Hump Days!

Good Morning Most Awesome Educators!!!! Traditionally Wednesday is Hump Day. To me the hump signifies a Mudslide Monday and a Terrible Tuesday right on up to the hump of a Wednesday. Now we made it to hump day and the rest of our week is going down after that. I’m sure this is not what people mean but that’s the way I see it. I like to bless each day with love and thank God for it! Everyday is a day of thanksgiving and appreciation. So let’s be grateful for everyday and each hour of everyday! The point of power is always in the present moment! I love Life!!!!

I look forward to each new hour! I celebrate each new day with my students! It is fun to see them learn and grow. They learn and grow with ease. I teach with ease. Everyday is a GREAT DAY!

Mudslide Monday

Good Morning Awesome Educators!!!! Today is Monday. The first day of your work week. It will normally set the tone for your whole week. Let’s make sure it is not a mudslide. Most people start their week saying “uugghh it’s Monday again. I hate Monday’s.” This kind of attitude will only draw horrible experiences to you and those experiences will start trickling down through the rest of the week. Then you become one of those negative, pessimistic people who can only be happy on pay day or something like that. You don’t want to be like that. But if you are, you can still learn to love yourself as you are. And always remember that your thoughts about Monday are only thoughts, and thoughts can be changed. Let’s start saying MONDAY  IS MARVELOUS!!!!! Let marvelous experiences flood the rest of you week! The point of power is always in the present moment! If your week has started with a mudslide, you can always turn it around!

All is Well in my world! I love and approve of myself! I love the people I work with and they love me! Today is an amazing day! I look forward to what each new hour will bring! I see myself teaching with Joy and Ease! I see my students having wonderful new learning experiences! I anticipate a Marvelous Monday!

Free Yourself Friday!!!

It feels so good now that other people are not responsible for my happiness! It’s so freeing when you realize that you can choose to be happy! 

Today I choose to be happy! My classroom is a peaceful haven. I love teaching! It’s fun, it’s exciting, it’s easy, it’s awe-inspiring! All is Well in my world! My joy is ever increasing! My income is constantly increasing! Life supports me! I Love and approve of myself!

Child Please!

Many times in the classroom students will do everything possible to push your buttons. That’s why it pays to have “Child Please” mindset. Meaning, you will not allow anything to take you out of your zone. Happiness is a choice! So instead of focusing on poor behavior, just keep teaching the students who are listening. (If you can stand it that long) You will see that if you don’t turn your total focus on that child, he/she will come right back to the group. My Aunt Jackie says, “Remember, if you give the children a stage, they will perform for you every time.” The more attention you give to that behavior, the more outrageous they will get! If you can close your eyes and breathe in deep and say: All is well in my classroom. I teach with ease! I see my students learning with ease! Teaching is my passion, my joy, my love, friend! Teaching is FUN!! Child Please!!!! Then give the biggest smile you can give and keep teaching. (That’s what I do. Those children don’t know what to think. . .  LOL!)

Say It Ain’t So

Louise Hay says the people that we encounter that irritate us the most are only mirrors of us. This is deep. . . . . Whoa. . . . Child it’s time to do some soul searching. So those kids in my class that make me so angry and tell me that they don’t care about their grade; “Music ain’t no real subject” are mirrors of me? I need to find that part of me and release it and let it go. . .  quick, fast and in a hurry! Today I pray that I can see myself in those students that irritate me the most and love that part of me even more. For if I love myself just as I am even the annoying, irritating parts; that love will be shown to those students who are only behaving that way because that’s what I have attracted into my experience. This is very trying at times. But I’m going keep working through it and speaking daily affirmations over my classroom!

My children are learning with ease! It’s easy for me to come up with exciting ways to teach them. Teaching is Easy! Teaching is Fun! Teaching is Exciting! I Love Teaching! My students are growing and learning more and more everyday!

Terrific Tuesday!

Today is an Amazing Day! I’m just so excited to share some affirmations with you! We keep planting seeds in our mind until we can change our belief systems! See we always get what we believe. If we believe that our students are bad and against us, that’s what we will get. But if we truly love and accept ourselves as we are and start believing that our students are eager to learn and grow, that’s what we’ll get. When you start believing that; Child, you will see amazing changes in your classroom. You will try to stop a learning activity to go outside and they will start moaning and groaning. I was teaching second grade a few years ago and my children hated to stop our learning. The principal would sometimes have to call and remind us about lunch. We were just working and working. This was because I started my day with the affirmation that:

“I teach with ease. My students learn with ease. Learning is fun! Learning is exciting! I enjoy teaching. My students enjoy learning.” 

So keep pushing with your affirmations, meditations, and prayers. You will see a great change in your life and in your classroom! ALL IS WELL IN MY CLASSROOM! ALL IS WELL IN MY SCHOOL! #IBlessMySchoolWithLove
