Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!!!I’m going to have an Awesome day, no matter the circumstance. I have made up in my mind that I will so I will! That’s the only requirement for having a good day. You just have to make up your mind and say, “Today will be an Amazing day!” No matter what happens, I know that it is working for the good of all, so it’s always a good day!

I am happy at all times! My joy is constantly increasing! My peace is constantly increasing! I love teaching! I teach with ease! My students learn with ease! My affirmations are changing my life for the better! All of my changes are for the better! I love my life! I trust the process of life. I no longer need to control other people to be happy! I can always find a reason to be happy!

True Love means Understanding, Acceptance, Support, Comfort, Compassion, Caring, Kindness, and Gentleness. Today I would like to focus on kindness. This means the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Using this meaning I ask myself these questions:

How am I kind to myself?

 

How am I kind to others?

As we walk through this journey of loving ourselves, we need to answer these questions daily!

LOVE AFFIRMATIONS:Today is a truly amazing day! I really  accept, support, comfort, show compassion, caring, and kindness to myself just as I am. I offer kindness  to every part of me even the parts that need more healing. I give myself time to heal and grow! I move with joy and ease. My life is divinely guided. I love and approve of myself! Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!!! I am so happy and grateful to say I am at peace. With all that’s going on in the world, normally I would be stressed and nervous. But I can honestly say that I am truly calm and at peace. Since I have started my journey of self love and self discovery, the outside world does not affect my mind anymore. Now when I hear of bad news, I just let it pass. Then I affirm, “That happened to them but that is not my experience.” or sometimes when people are talking about bad things, I whisper in my mind, “That may be true for you but not for me!” Now my thoughts are my best friend!

Daily Affirmations: Today is a Wonderful Day of thanksgiving! I am glad to be alive!  I am glad to be me! I am vibrant and healthy. I love and accept myself as I am right now.
