Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!! I am so happy and grateful this week to be taking the time to work on loving myself more! I have noticed ways that I don’t accept and support myself and i am learning to release those ways with love. I’m not going to say that this is not a hard journey but I will say i’m grateful that I’m taking it!

True Love means Understanding, Acceptance, Support, Comfort, Compassion, Caring, Kindness, and Gentleness.

How do I show understanding to myself?

How do I show acceptance to myself?

How do I support myself?

LOVE AFFIRMATIONS:Today is an amazing day! I really love, accept, and support myself just as I am. I am divinely guided! Only good comes from each experience! I have inner-strength! I love and approve of myself! I am happy to be alive! I am forever young in spirit! I am filled with loving-kindness. I move with JOY and EASE!! ALL IS WELL IN MY WORLD! Good Morning Most awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!! Happy Holidays!!!! This week since we are out of school I’m gonna focus on Love and all its different components. True Love means Understanding, Acceptance, Support, Comfort, Compassion, Caring, Kindness, and Gentleness. Today I would like to focus on support. This means to give assistance to; to bear all or part of the weight of; hold up. Using this meaning I ask myself these questions:

How do I support myself?

How do I show support to others?

As we walk through this journey of loving ourselves, we need to answer these questions daily!

LOVE AFFIRMATIONS:Today is an amazing day! I really love, accept, and support myself just as I am. I am who I am and I offer support to every part of me even the parts that need more healing. I give myself time to heal and grow! I hold myself up. I have inner-strength! I love and approve of myself! I am happy to be alive! I am filled with loving-kindness. This means the action or process of being received as adequate or suitable, typically to be admitted into a group.. Using this meaning I ask myself these questions:

How do I show acceptance to myself?

I’m telling you since I went to school yesterday and started practicing loving and accepting myself and I  stopped “trying not to get angry” I had an awesome day yesterday! It’s time to stop blaming other people for the way you feel. However you feel is a thought and a thought can be changed by you and only you!

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!!!! Explosive Anger, Sarcasm and Revenge are sure signs that there some more self-healing to do. Especially when it comes out toward children. The little child in you is screaming for love and acceptance.Most people would see the discover of this in themselves to be negative. But I see it like James in the bible. I count it all joy! Most people never spend enough time with themselves to figure out why they do what they do and think like they think. I recently uncovered anger as an issue that needed healing. Though my daily meditations, I’ve been discovering more and more. But just yesterday as I Listened to a Louise Hay tape that I’ve listened to for almost a whole year, I heard talk about being angry. It just stood out so clear. This really helped me because before I was just covering up my feelings with a smile and a positive affirmation. But when something went wrong, I turned into a totally different person. Now instead of working on how not to get angry, I work on loving and accepting myself! Most of the time, I’m the one that’s keeping everyone calm and very non confrontational. But it seems when my students do things that I asked them not to do and people don’t do what I say do, I can’t hold it back. However, while I’m angry I started asking myself, “why am I angry?” It always boils down to me and not them. I’m a work in progress!!!!

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers! The words we speak, create our reality. We don’t realize what we are doing to ourselves. We say “I’m coming down with something” and the next week we are sick.The scripture says in Proverbs 18:21 King James Version (KJV) that ²¹ Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. We speak so much death into their lives, I thank goodness that only my words govern my life. My family and friends say, “Boy you gonna have diabetes or Boy you gonna have a heart attack” I just whisper to myself, “I am healthy and whole. All is well!” Those are the words that govern my life!

Last night I had my Elementary Chorus concert and ended singing; “Think of your fellow man, lend him a helping hand – Put a little love in your heart!” The world would truly be a better place if we allowed more Love to live in our hearts! Even when someone annoys you, just speak a blessing of love over them. “I bless them with love!”

I have really been trying to do deep meditation. through this I discovered hidden anger, rage, and vindictiveness. Yes under all my light-hearted, joyfulness; there is this angry guy waiting to come out. Most people would not consider this a testimony, but I’m really excited about uncovering this. It gives me a starting point from which to work.
