Speak Well During the Transition

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers! The presidential debates have been getting more and more nasty. However I must say this is a true sign of how the American people are fed-up with our politics as usual. The two most unlikely candidates are going to battle for the most important job in the US. I must say, no matter who wins; I’m sure this will be a very important transitional time for our country. Which brings me to my topic. Speak of the greatness of our country while we are going through. The same goes if you have children who are going through their transition; speak of their greatness and only of their greatness. Don’t kick them when they’re down. Really don’t kick them at all. Our country is going to need every collective positive thought that it can get! Start blessing our government with love. No matter who becomes president; they will be our president. So send them thoughts of peace, hope, wisdom, and love. This will help them make those kinds of decisions for us. We are all Americans and it is our collective thoughts that have created the type of government that we have now and it will be our collective thoughts that will create a better government for our future! I Bless My Government With Love!

Wake Up Wednesday!!!!

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!! Just want to remind you and myself that fighting against something only draws it closer to you. Look what has happened in the US. It all started with Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown then everyone started having riots, marches, protest, press conferences, and more against Police killing unarmed black men. As you can see it has now become a weekly occurrence. Also look at the “War on Terrorism”. That only seems to draw out more and more. Terrorism has almost become the normal way of american life. First it’s time that we realize what we have done to ourselves. All it take is a simple shift in consciousness to make a change.   Let’s change the way we think, speak, and act. Stop fighting against and start fighting for something: Peace, Love, Happiness, Hope. I’m fighting for peaceful interactions between police and the public! I’m fighting for peaceful interactions between terrorist and the US. Many times people don’t move toward terrorism unless they feel they have been victimized in some way or another! So let’s pray that they can move through feelings of anger and revenge without acting on it. Let’s spread love!

Yet some of the negative people you will ever run into are apart of these organizations. It seems strange the people who should be the most positive have the most negative outlook on life. If our words create our reality. Being a realist is a good thing because you know that you are creating a wonderful world! I wish realist would realize that the words the speak create their reality!!!

On the Brink of a New Mindset

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!! While was in church yesterday, something kept screaming, “It’s All In the Mind”. I feel like everything that we face is God’s way of trying to get us to change our mindset. The mindset of a victim is very similar to the mindset of a victor. The only difference is the way the see things.For the victor, problems are seen as opportunities. While for the victim, problems are seen as things being “done to me”. I’m going to continue to explore this for the next few weeks. I feel like even the stories where people say God was angry and attacked them, came from the mindset of the victim. We’ll have to explore that together. However, let’s start today knowing that we win! We were born to win!

Testify Thursday!

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!!! This week has been a little off! I started Monday with having a student in every class having to be removed because their behavior was so off. I couldn’t figure what I had done to attract that type of behavior to myself. In my meditation, I’m noticing the feelings of powerlessness come up. I’m used normally telling the children what to do and expecting them to do it! However, since I have started allowing them to be more themselves, when I do try to control them, they go ballistic. It was even so bad that one of my 2nd grader was kicking over chairs and everything. . .  Although this is not one of those positive stories, the point is; we attract various experiences to ourselves. All it takes is a few minutes to close your eyes (Stop, Think, and Breathe) to create a shift. Yesterday I had two 4th grade classes, 1st grade classes, 5th grade classes  and 3rd grade classes. We had an awesome time. A SImple Shift in my Thinking!!!

Caravan of Love

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!!!! It’s time for us to unite as the human race and spread more love! Love is the tool God has given to cancel out sin and evil! No more talks and gatherings about other stuff. Every gathering that is meant to drive change, should be called the love gathering! How can we love each other through these issues? Love means support, understanding, caring, kindness, acceptance  and compassion. It takes a lot to love!But it’s worth it! No more spreading of guilt and blame but let’s spread love! Now is the time to make a choice! We can either live in fear or love! The choice is yours. Even if you don’t know how to love, the world will only get better by you trying. Let’s think thoughts of love toward ourselves and then toward others! Love thy neighbor as you love yourself! Even if you never make it to loving your neighbor, the world will still benefit from your love of yourself! The Isley Bothers said it best! “Every woman, every man Join the caravan of love.Everybody take a stand Join the caravan of love!”

Test Defy Thursday

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers! You defied all the odds and passed the test! And I wanna know all about it! Dare to step outside of the box! Dare to be great! I had a goal not to yell at my students. Yesterday as I was teaching, one of my students kept jumping up and down and rolling on the floor while we were reading. That is a pet peeve. Reading is one of the most important things to me. So I started in on him. I see in the corner of my eye one of my students raising his hand as if there was an emergency. “What” I yell. He didn’t say anything he just put his hand over his chest and stomach. That’s our sign for taking a deep breath and repeating our affirmation (ALL IS WELL IN MY CLASSROOM. ALL IS WELL IN MY SCHOOL. ALL IS WELL IN MY WORLD. ALL IS WELL AND I AM SAFE) This gave me joy for the rest of the day!
