Turn it Around !

Good Morning Most Wonderful, Awesome, Fantabulous Educators and Friends! I just wanted to remind myself and everybody else, that our point of power is always in the present moment. That means just stop, think, and breathe and take notice of what’s going through your mind. Then whatever it is, we should realize that it’s creating our future. I always ask myself, “Do I want this thought creating my future?” If it’s a good thought, I say yes and let that thought make me feel good.(Basking in the sun!) If the answer is no, I try to figure what kind of thought it is, then I ask “why am I having this thought”. Sometimes it’s a thought that can pass without acknowledging it. On the other hand, it may be a thought that I need to turn around.

This may seem harsh, but we do have to remember that if we are upset or sad, it’s our own doing and not anyone else’s. Problems always stem from within and not without. That’s why we need to spend a great deal of time in the classroom of our mind! Every outer experience is an  inner opportunity to learn and grow! I said all of this just to say that the life we have right now is a residual of our past inner thoughts. It’s easy to turn things around just by changing your thoughts! Forget about what happened in the past and enjoy your present moments and allow these joyful thoughts to create your wonderful future!
