Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!! As we open this new week, let’s spread hope instead of getting caught in the madness of Monday! Most people dread Monday. They hate their jobs. They hate getting up early! They hate the hustle and bustle. They get anxious about the things they have to do and finish. This why the heart attack rate goes up on Monday. However, just a simple five to ten minute meditation can shift your anxiety to hope and joy! Even if you close yourself off in the bathroom and set the timer on your phone. Stop, Think, and Breathe for as long as you can! Spend time thinking about what brings you joy, love, and peace. I don’t watch the news because that causes a great deal of anxiety too. I’m going to suggest not watching it on Monday morning until you have found your personal peaceful haven. Do whatever you need to do in order to not get caught in the Madness of Monday!
