Temperance Tuesday!

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers! Temperance means moderation or self-restraint in action, statement, etc.; self-control. It also can mean habitual moderation in the indulgence of a natural appetite or passion, especially in the use of alcoholic liquors. Either way we have to Stop, Think, and Breathe and Make a Right Choice! In any situation, we must remember that the only person we can control is yourself. This helps me in the classroom when the children are going seemingly crazy and getting on my nerves. I have to give myself a quick motivational speech. “Let’s stay calm. All is well in my classroom. My classroom is a peaceful haven so don’t worry be happy!” The kids think I’m talking to them but I’m talking to me. This helps me to have temperance!
