Day 2 Golden Rule Review!!

Good Morning Most Awesome And Wonderful World Changers!! To many, Buddhism goes beyond religion and is more of a philosophy or ‘way of life’. It is a philosophy because philosophy ‘means love of wisdom’ and the Buddhist path can be summed up as: (1) to lead a moral life, (2) to be mindful and aware of thoughts and actions, and (3) to develop wisdom and understanding. (From buddhanet.net) From this you can see why a basic tenant of this religion would be not to treat others in ways that you yourself find harmful. Being mindful of our actions in all we say and do. We also must realize that everything we do to someone else will come back to us sometimes double. Because it’s only out the way we truly feel about ourselves, that we do unto others. Learn to love yourself then love others that way!

Love Affirmations: I love and accept myself just as I am. I am worthy of my own love. It is safe for me to speak up for myself. I love myself unconditionally. I am the treasure that I have been seeking. I love my life! ALL IS WELL IN MY MIND! ALL IS WELL IN MY LIFE! ALL IS WELL IN MY WORLD! ALL IS WELL AND I AM SAFE! #IBlessMyWorldWithLove
