Pay Attention to Your Money

Hey y’all! This is a late post but I needed to get it out. Money is just like someone your dating. It needs your constant attention, or it will run away from you. People at church always say that the Lord blesses them with more money because they pay tithes. However, I don’t it’s anything miraculous that God does other than helping that person focus more on their money. It takes budgeting to give 10% of your income. Just that focus and attention to your money alone makes it wanna stay with you. The church says if you don’t pay tithes, you are cursed with a curse. But really the curse is money runs away from you, if you don’t pay attention to it. Case in point. I always believed that I’m just not good with money. I just swipe and spend then let the chips fall where they may. I was making more than I ever had but I was still broke all the time. So I set my vision board for $6000 a month income. I affirmed it everyday but still broke all the time. My account kept going in the negative every month. Finally at the beginning of this year. After listening to Jim Rohn and other people, I set my money to spend 70% of my income and give 10% to charity, 10% to save for active capital, 10% to save as passive capital. However I was in the hole so much that started where Jim Rohn said start from; spend 97% , 1% to charity, 1% active capital, 1% passive capital. It’s a start! Doing this has caused me to pay attention to my money. So it has been staying with me. Saying all that, to say as I looked through my bank accounts from last year. I was already making $6000 a month and didn’t know it. Lesson: pay attention to you money or it will leave you.

Money Affirmations: I’m a Money Magnet! I am healthy, wealthy, whole, and complete. I deserve money. Being wealthy is my birthright. I am rich! My income is constantly increasing.
