Slow Down or Slow Down

Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers! The old saying is true. ” If we don’t rest, our bodies will make us rest”! Although I had to had hernia surgery this week, I stand in appreciation of every moment. Being slowed down by surgery is still a lesson learned. I heard someone say the other day that filling our life with activities doesn’t make us successful. Filling our life’s with efficient and effective activities is what makes us successful. Slowing down helps you to see those activities which are effective and efficient versus those that are not. What do you do with the information you gained from slowing down? You slow down.

Slow down inefficient and ineffective activities and turn your total focus to the things you really want to do. The jack of all trades, master of none rarely reaches success. Slow down and master your craft! That’s the lesson I’m taking with me in my slowing down.

Slow Down!

Daily Affirmations: Today is a blessed wonderful day! I am on the right path! My mind is undivided. I love and approve of myself. I feel good. I love my life. I move in perfect health. I move with joy and ease. I listen to my body. I am healthy, wealthy, whole, and complete. ALL IS WELL IN MY CLASSROOM. ALL IS WELL IN MY SCHOOL. ALL IS WELL IN MY WORLD. ALL IS WELL AND I AM SAFE. #IBlessMyWorldWithLove
