Good Morning Most Awesome and Wonderful World Changers!!! Some Mondays after a weekend filled with running and running, you feel like you can just barely drag yourself out of the bed. Start doing yourself a favor. I started doing a 5 minute meditation right while in bed. I focus on having successful day. I run the events of my day in my mind. Sometimes I go to YouTube and find a guided meditation or on the Stop, Breathe, Think app. Either way it is helpful and gives me the boost that I need!
